| Abstract | Community Health Center (Puskesmas) as the main health service facility in the society has some duties in implementing health policies to achieve health development goals in their working areas to support the realization of healthy sub districts. Sukanagalih Community Health Center is one of the health centers which has been expanded from Sukaresmi Community Health Center, located in Sukaresmi Subdistrict, Cianjur Regency, covers 4 villages. In some Puskesmas service programs, the program has not fully succeeded in achieving the targets, it was probably caused by several things, one of them is management which used is inadequately, therefore the Sukanagalih Community Health Center tries to implement the “Seven Steps Quality Improvement Process” and it was the developed from Total Quality Management (TQM).. |
